Booking Policy

Reservation & Cancellation Policy for all current and future appointments:

• After your appointment is booked you are only able to reschedule once.

• A valid debit/credit card is required for all appointments.

• All sessions/packages MUST be paid in FULL prior to your confirmed appointment.

• Payments are non-refundable & purchased sessions cannot be transferred to another person.

• Please do not forget to confirm your appointment when you receive your reminder from By Her Hands Atelier.

• In the event of cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to appointment Tues-Fri, a cancellation fee equal to the reserved service booking will incur; Saturday cancellations require 48 hour notice.

• No Shows will be charged 100%
